Role & responsibilities:
Asian Footwear is hiring a Store Manager to lead daily operations at its retail outlets in Sodhpur and Howrah Maidan. Responsibilities include staff supervision, inventory management, achieving sales targets, customer service standards, and store upkeep. Store timing is 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM (may vary by up to 30 minutes); Store Manager should be available to cover full store hours.
Preferred candidate profile:
3-6 years of retail/footwear store management experience. Strong leadership, inventory, and customer service skills. Graduate preferred.
