Role & responsibilities

• Stock Control: Monitor inventory levels regularly to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
• Receiving & Verification: Inspect incoming deliveries against purchase orders (PO) and delivery challans for accuracy and quality.
• Organization: Safely store, label, and organize materials based on category and storage requirements.
• Daily Workflow: Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the store, ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures.
• Material Issuance: Issue items to departments or customers based on authorized indents or requisition slips.
• Team Management: Supervise, schedule, and train store personnel to maximize productivity.
