Store Incharge
Position Summary
The Store Incharge will be responsible for managing all project-site warehouse and inventory operations to ensure timely availability, proper storage, accurate tracking, and efficient issuance of materials required for transmission line EPC projects.
The role requires strict inventory discipline, digital record management, and adoption of inventory management software to enable real-time visibility of project materials.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end store operations, including receipt, storage, preservation, issuance, and dispatch of project materials. Ensure proper material identification, traceability, stock accuracy, and compliance with warehouse safety standards. Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Verify incoming materials against Purchase Orders, Delivery Challans, and inspection requirements. Coordinate with Procurement and QA/QC teams for material inspection, acceptance, and resolution of discrepancies.
