Store In-charge - ON Contract

Role & responsibilities

• Summarise the orders issued by procurement department.
• Monitor delivery dates as per order and notify supplier / Procurement for delay in deliveries
• Receipt of goods against order and update in the SAP / PMS
• Ensure physical verifications of stores stock as per inventory policy
• Maintain stock level of critical and insurance spares
• Prepare list of obsolete and scrap materials as per inventory policy and prepare disposal proposal
• Update list of non-moving items and put up with disposal proposal
• Issue stores and consumables as per approved issues slip and same day updation in the system
• Schedule and plan delivery of spares and stores as per arrival schedule of MBCs.
• Time to time inspection of goods lying outside and ensure its safe storage.
• Ensure strict safety measure and prevention of spillage during storage and handling of stores incoming materials.
