Store Executive / Store Supervisor

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure proper inventory control.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
• Issue materials to departments as per approved requisitions.
• Maintain accurate stock registers and inventory records.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and housekeeping of the store.
• Coordinate with the Purchase and Accounts teams for inward and outward stock movements.
• Maintain all store-related documentation, including GRNs, issue slips, and stock reports.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and inventory control procedures.
• Minimize stock losses, damages, and wastage through effective monitoring.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline; Diploma in Store Management or Supply Chain is an added advantage.
• 25 years of experience in store or inventory management, preferably in the hospitality, construction, retail, or real estate industry.
• Good knowledge of inventory management practices and stock control.
• Proficient in MS Excel and inventory/ERP software.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Honest, disciplined, and responsible with a problem-solving mindset.
