Store Executive

JOB PURPOSE

To manage day-to-day store operations receipt, storage, issue and record-keeping of raw materials,

consumables, spares and finished goods across the PEB, UPVC Roofing, Polycarbonate Sheet and PUF Panel

manufacturing units, ensuring accurate stock and smooth material flow to production.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive incoming raw materials/consumables, verify against PO/Invoice/DC, and prepare GRN in

SAP/ERP

• Carry out physical verification and quality check of received material along with QC before stocking
• Ensure proper storage of RM, consumables, spares and FG as per FIFO/FEFO and area-wise storage

discipline

• Issue raw materials/consumables to production (PEB, UPVC Roofing, Polycarbonate, PUF lines) against

indents/BOM

• Maintain bin cards and stock ledgers; update all stock transactions in SAP/ERP on a real-time basis
• Coordinate with Purchase for shortages, rejections and pending receipts
• Support production planning by ensuring timely material availability for the daily production schedule
• Handle storage of finished goods and coordinate with Dispatch Executive as per dispatch schedule
• Conduct periodic cycle count / physical stock verification and report variances
• Maintain 5S, housekeeping and safety standards in the store area
• Prepare daily/weekly stock reports and MIS as required by the Store Manager

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

• Working knowledge of SAP MM / ERP stores module (GRN, issue, stock transfer)
• Good knowledge of inventory management practices (FIFO/FEFO, ABC analysis)
• Proficiency in MS Excel for stock reporting
• Good coordination with Purchase, Production, QC and Dispatch teams
• Familiarity with material handling equipment (forklift/hydra coordination) and store safety practices
