Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Store & Dispatch Executive to join our team in the injection moulding plant. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in store and dispatch operations, with a strong background in logistics and supply chain management.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate store and dispatch operations for timely product delivery.
- Implement efficient inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors for procurement purposes.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in store and dispatch operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications or training programs are an asset.
- Proven experience in store and dispatch operations, preferably in an injection moulding plant setting.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and inventory control principles.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications.
