Job Description
- Lead a team for Storage Administrators and provide 24x7 Production Support.
- Handle escalated incidents and critical tickets.
- Anticipate and Predict Risks/Impact on Production Environment and handle Major Changes.
- Manage and Report Performance Dashboards with Capacity Planning.
- Design, Migration and upgradation of existing Storage Infrastructure.
- Includes integrated best-of-breed hardware and software products.
- Create suggested target Storage schedules and operational plans.
- Should be able to carry out performance troubleshooting.
- Should be able to carry out replication operations, setup & troubleshooting
- Should be able to participate in storage architecture work and integration with Automation and Cloud Management platform.
