The Storage Support Specialist is a crucial member of our consulting team, responsible for delivering exceptional storage solutions to our clients. Based in
Bangalore and Pune, this role focuses on providing expert support and maintenance for enterprise-level storage systems. As a Level 3 specialist, you'll leverage
- 4-5 years of experience in service and support for backup and nearline storage products, especially HP
enterprise-level libraries.
- Proficiency in storage fundamentals, including SAN, NAS, RAID, and iSCSI technologies.
- Experience in supporting and troubleshooting SAN and switched SCSI environments, with exposure to
clustered SAN environments.
- Familiarity with HP's diagnostic tools, firmware upgrades, and management software for tape libraries.
- General knowledge of networking concepts, including the iSCSI protocol and SAN infrastructure.
- Experience with storage arrays such as EVA, MSA, NAS, and XP Storage.
- Possession of professional certifications such as A+, Server+, MCSE, or CCNA is preferredction, you will document action plans and keep all parties informed throughout the resolution process. The role demands a proactive approach
to problem-solving, requiring the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities efficiently. As a Storage Support Specialist, you will contribute to
post-incident reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery. You will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge
of industry trends and best practices, ensuring that our clients benefit from the most current and effective storage solutions available.
