Stem Trainer

Role & responsibilities

• Plan and deliver interactive STEM lessons for students from Primary to Senior School.
• Teach Robotics, Coding (Scratch, Python), Artificial Intelligence, Electronics, and basic Engineering concepts.
• Conduct project-based learning, experiments, and innovation challenges.
• Train students for STEM competitions, exhibitions, hackathons, and science fairs.
• Design engaging classroom activities using robotics kits, Arduino, Micro:bit, Raspberry Pi, and other STEM tools.
• Maintain the STEM laboratory, equipment, and inventory.
• Assess student performance and provide regular feedback.
• Collaborate with teachers to integrate STEM concepts into classroom learning.
• Organize workshops, summer camps, and technology events.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into the curriculum.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, IT) or a related field.
• Certification or experience in Robotics, AI, Coding, or STEM Education is preferred.
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge and a passion for teaching may also apply.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Robotics, Coding, AI, IoT, and Electronics.
• Experience with Arduino, Micro:bit, Raspberry Pi, or similar platforms.
• Programming knowledge in Scratch, Python, or C/C++.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Creativity, innovation, and problem-solving ability.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Experience

• 13 years of experience as a STEM Trainer, Robotics Instructor, or Science/Technology Educator is preferred.
• Freshers with relevant project experience and strong practical skills are encouraged to apply.
