HIM International School invites applications from dynamic, disciplined, and experienced professionals for the position of Sports Coordinator-cum-Hostel Head In-Charge.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the school's sports and physical education programmes.
• Organise inter-house, inter-school, and other sporting events.
• Develop students' sporting skills, fitness, teamwork, and competitive spirit.
• Supervise the overall hostel administration, discipline, safety, and student welfare.
• Coordinate with wardens, teachers, parents, and school management regarding hostel-related matters.
• Monitor students' daily routines, discipline, attendance, hygiene, and overall well-being.
• Ensure proper implementation of hostel rules and regulations.
• Maintain records and submit regular reports to the principal.

Eligibility & Experience

• Postgraduate with a qualification in Physical Education/Sports or a relevant field.
• Relevant experience in sports coordination and hostel administration will be preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage students firmly but positively and maintain a safe and disciplined residential environment. Strong Communication skill
