Job Description
In summary create, implement, and codify a world-class program operations plan; build a strong, culturally identifiable, high-performing team and create and implement a strategic stakeholder engagement plan.
- Success of Model District implementation to showcase impact of the program (managing logistics, facilitator sourcing, timely implementation, data collection and processing, program quality).
- Donor and budget management manage state budgets, field visit planning, update sharing, co-drafting reports with the fundraising team.
- Government management visits to local government stakeholders, drafting reports, working with systems adoption where the team needs it.
- Liaison and bridge between central and state teams.
- Hiring, managing, and engaging teams.
- Ensure programs implemented on ground are contextual and meet the needs of youth.
- Track the short and long-term impact of the program and enable opportunities for Antarang alumni in the geography.
- Promote a youth-centric, impact-driven approach in all program decisions.
- Build an inclusive, collaborative, and purpose-driven work culture that focuses on youth centricity, care, and excellence as the core values.
- You are a born general an ace at planning, rallying the troops, briefing, leading from the front, and keeping focus on the goal.
- You can think on your feet, zoom in to the details, and zoom out to see the big picture.
- You are adept at forging and strengthening relationships with different stakeholders.
- You can break down complex problems and encourage ownership amongst the team and stakeholders to solve them.
- You see how the puzzle pieces fit together and can scale parts or the sum of parts.
- You have your own leadership style that you are comfortable exploring and strengthening.
- You have a minimum of 6+ years of experience, half of which includes leading diverse teams.
