The (IND) Staff Software Engineer will lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable software solutions aligned with business objectives. What youll do:

• Analyze and classify requirements to align with business and technical objectives, ensuring comprehensive coverage of functional and non-functional needs.

• Identify and assess solution risks during requirement gathering, recommending corrective actions to stakeholders.

• Assist in designing scalable software components by translating high-level designs into detailed functional logic and mock screens.

• Develop and maintain code adhering to established standards, focusing on performance, security, and scalability.

• Track, analyze, and resolve defects through root cause analysis and regression testing to maintain software quality.

• Monitor application performance and support continuous integration and delivery processes.
