Roles and Responsibility- Develop and implement comprehensive service management strategies using ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality services.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on ServiceNow best practices.
- Analyze service performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
- Ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with other systems and tools.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the team.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow lead or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of service management principles and IT operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems is a plus.
