About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Staff Software Engineer High Jump to lead the design, development, and architecture of scalable warehouse management solutions. This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on driving innovation, mentoring teams, and delivering high-performance systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive technical strategy, architecture, and design decisions in collaboration with leadership teams
- Lead end-to-end software development from design to implementation
- Provide strong technical mentorship and guide engineering teams
- Solve complex challenges related to scalability, performance, and engineering productivity
- Ensure alignment of technology solutions with business goals
- Continuously improve engineering standards, tools, and practices

- Databases: SQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, DB2, MySQL
- DevOps & Tools: CI/CD, Docker, ELK Stack, AWS monitoring
Must-Have Experience
- Hands-on experience with HighJump / Krber / Accellos / Infios (WMS)
- Strong understanding of warehouse management processes
- Experience building highly available, scalable systems
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science / engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of software development experience
- 4+ years in technical leadership roles
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver projects on time
Nice to Have
- AS400 / IBM iSeries / RPG experience
- SSIS, BizTalk, or integration tools
- Frontend frameworks (React / Angular / Vue)
- Certifications: AWS, TOGAF, ITIL
