CSR Staff Requisition 

Qualification & Experience

• MSW (Masters of Social Work) or related discipline or BSW (Bachelor of Social Work)
• 4-5 years of relevant experience in development sector, working in community or related programmes on digital education, women empowerment, livelihood, etc.
• Experience in coordination with stakeholder, report preparation, and documentation 

Skills

• Understanding of social sector programmes/projects
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint) and data management
• Fluent in Hindi and English
• Able to handle project activities alone, manage logistics and work with timelines
• Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the community work project
• Manage logistics and daily operational tasks of the project
• Work in close relationships with the beneficiaries 
• Develop content w.r.t program and facilitate sessions 
• Track progress and maintain data
• Prepare regular reports as per the projects deliverables
• Document best practices, success stories, learnings and relevant information for knowledge dissemination Role & responsibilities
