Staff Nurse

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee and deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients (infants, children, and adolescents).
• Supervise monitoring of vital signs, ventilator care, IV infusions, medication administration, and nutrition.
• Assist physicians in procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, resuscitation, and emergency interventions.
• Ensure adherence to pain management, sedation protocols, and patient safety practices.
• Monitor early warning signs of deterioration and coordinate timely escalation to the medical team.
