Staff Nurse Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the assigned ward/unit.
• Allocate duties, prepare staff deployment, and monitor shift-wise nursing activities.
• Ensure quality patient care, medication safety, infection control, and compliance with hospital protocols and NABH standards.
• Monitor documentation, nursing records, patient safety practices, and handover procedures.
• Coordinate with doctors and other departments regarding patient care and clinical requirements.
• Handle staff-related issues, patient concerns, emergencies, and escalate critical matters to the Nursing Administration.
• Guide, train, and evaluate junior nursing staff and ensure adherence to professional standards.

Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM
Experience: Preferably 5+ years of relevant hospital experience, with prior supervisory or in-charge experience.
