Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Monitoring: Track vital signs, neurological status, and fluid intake or output using advanced monitors.
- Clinical Care: Administer intravenous drugs, manage life support, and assist with emergency procedures like intubation.
- Documentation: Keep detailed, real-time charts of patient reactions, shifts in condition, and treatment updates.
- Team Communication: Collaborate with doctors and specialists to adjust care plans.
- Family Support: Update loved ones on patient progress and explain ongoing procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing).
- Licensure: Valid state or national nursing registration and current Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Skills: High-pressure decision-making, quick crisis response, and deep knowledge of critical care equipment
