• Lead the design and implementation of scalable and reliable systems as part of the Site Reliability Engineering team, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Utilize SQL and Java to develop and support infrastructure automation and system monitoring solutions.
• Oversee the deployment and maintenance of applications, ensuring proper integration with existing systems and adherence to best practices.
• Establish and enforce Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to maintain service reliability and performance.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues, enhancing system efficiency and reliability.
• Participate in incident management processes and conduct post-mortem analyses to mitigate future risks.
• Drive the adoption of monitoring and alerting tools to proactively identify and address potential outages.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to enhance the reliability of systems and processes.
