Job Description

  • Experience - 5.5+ years
  • Strong experience in ServiceNow AIOps, Event Management, and ITOM
  • Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow AIOps solutions
  • Strong ServiceNow development experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes
  • Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Update Sets, and Scoped Applications
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Event Management and alert correlation capabilities
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with monitoring and observability tools such as SolarWinds, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes and best practices
  • Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs for integrations
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • ServiceNow certifications in ITOM, Event Management, or AIOps will be an added advantage
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain ServiceNow AIOps and Event Management solutions following ServiceNow best practices
  • Configure and optimize ServiceNow AIOps capabilities for business-critical applications and infrastructure
  • Implement Event Management solutions, including alert ingestion, alert correlation, and noise reduction
  • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise monitoring tools
  • Build and enhance platform capabilities using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective ITOM solutions
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business needs
  • Perform integration testing and ensure high-quality solution delivery
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and platform-related issues
  • Support platform upgrades, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, governance, and security best practices
  • Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and provide technical recommendations
  • Work closely with cr Qualifications
Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
