Job Description
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable frontend frameworks and tooling.
- Architect enterprise-scale frontend solutions and establish development standards.
- Mentor junior and mid-level frontend engineers to enhance their skills.
- Collaborate with product teams on technical strategy and feasibility.
- Drive performance optimization and developer experience initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and drive the frontend technical roadmap.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
- Expert knowledge of React, NextJS, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript ecosystem.
- Advanced proficiency with state management solutions like Redux Toolkit, Zustand, and React Query.
- Expert-level experience with Tailwind CSS, component libraries, and design systems.
- Experience with micro-frontend architectures and Module Federation.
- Proven experience leading frontend development projects and teams.
- Deep understanding of web performance, scalability, and optimization techniques.
- Strong knowledge of web standards, accessibility, and security best practices.
- Excellent communication and technical leadership skills.
- Good To Have: Expert knowledge of modern React patterns (Server Components, Suspense, Concurrent Rendering).
- Experience with advanced build optimization tools such as Webpack, Vite, Turbopack, and Bundle Splitting.
- Knowledge of headless CMS integration (Contentful, Strapi, Sanity) and edge computing and CDN optimization (Vercel Edge, Cloudflare Workers).
- Advanced testing strategies (Vitest, Playwright, Visual Regression Testing).
