Staff Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled software architect to lead our development team in creating software solutions that meet our clients needs. You will be responsible for communicating with clients to determine their requirements, creating comprehensive solution plans, and leading a team of software engineers as they develop polished final products.

Responsibilities:

• Design software systems with various Microsoft technologies and ensure compliance to all architecture requirements.
• Collaborating with various stakeholders to determine software requirements.
• Creating high-level product specifications and design documents.
• Providing the development team with architectural blueprints to follow.
• Guiding and assisting the development team throughout the process.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues with coding or design.
• Ensuring that you and the team adhere to development schedules and deadlines.
• Presenting regular progress reports and setting goals.
• Testing the final product to ensure it is completely functional and meets requirements.
• Updating software solutions as required.

Eligibility

• Masters degree in computer science.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Highly analytical mindset, with an ability to see both the big picture and the details.
• Proficiency with Java, Java Beans, Java Servlets, and JavaScript.
• Be proficient in C#.Net, MVC, ASP.NET 4.XX, OOPS, Webservices, Javascript, Javascript frameworks (AngularJS, BackboneJS etc).
• Ability to Independently architect design and develop complete business solutions
• Strong in Solid Principles, Design Patterns, and Design Practices.
• Be very strong in Database design and PL/SQL coding experience on Oracle, MSSQL Server.
• Familiarity with Azure services and application development on Azure
• Be familiar with FxCop, JsLint, CSSLint and StyleCop.
• Be well versed with Data Structures algorithms, Multithreading , and optimization techniques.
• Understand software development lifecycle and exposure to AGILE and SCRUM methodologies.
