Email Security & Messaging Protocols (Core): Deep expertise in SMTP, POP, IMAP, TLS, DKIM, SPF, DMARC, and related security standards

What you'll be working on:

Lead the design and implementation of complex, cloud-native software solutions using AWS, Python, Java, and modern DevOps practices
Architect and integrate scalable AI-driven features leveraging LLMs, RAG systems, and evaluation frameworks
Build frameworks and libraries to accelerate engineering transformation across the organization
Drive CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation for reliable, high-velocity delivery
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
Ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability through proactive optimization
Provide technical leadership: mentor engineers, enforce best practices, and conduct code reviews
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across distributed systems
Maintain clear technical documentation for architecture and design

What you bring to the role:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master s preferred)
12+ years of software development experience, including leadership roles
Proven expertise in AWS cloud technologies (EKS, ECS, Managed Services), Python, and Java
Strong background in DevOps practices: CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineering teams
Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
AWS certifications are a plus
