Job Description
- Design and implement modules to meet quality, timeline, and process requirements.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Follow Agile/Kanban methodology for development.
- Develop and maintain scalable and responsive web applications using React.js.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for software development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (CSE/IT or related fields).
- Proven expertise in full-stack technologies with at least 4 years of hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
- Strong knowledge of Core Java, OOP principles, JUnit, Mockito, and design patterns.
- Hands-on experience with React.js for building scalable and responsive web applications.
- Good experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, and database performance tuning.
- Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, API Gateway, CloudWatch, and Elasticsearch.
- Proficiency with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
- Basic understanding with automated testing tools like Selenium and API testing tools.
- Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter.
- Payment domain knowledge is an added advantage.
