Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with strong SRE experience with expertise in the design and development of operational data visualization dashboards using Grafana. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building data-driven solutions leveraging Microsoft/GitHub Agentic AI frameworks, enabling intelligent automation and advanced analytics across enterprise systems.

The role requires the ability to design and deliver scalable, data-centric solutions, develop high-quality operational dashboards, and drive AI-enabled automation and insights to improve business decision-making and system efficiency.

Responsibilities & Technical Skills

• Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for data analytics, operational monitoring, and AI-driven optimization, improving efficiency and reducing manual intervention.
• Create data visualization solutions that translate complex datasets into actionable insights for business stakeholders
• Develop, maintain, and enhance operational dashboards using Grafana, providing real-time insights into system performance and business metrics
• Build advanced dashboard capabilities such as data aggregation, drill-down and drill-up functionalities, and interactive visualizations for deep data analysis.
• Design and implement dashboard aligned with organizational security, governance, and data policies
• Identify diverse data sources and implement data standardization, cleansing, and transformation techniques to ensure high-quality and consistent data
• Design and develop robust data pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT) across multiple systems
• Utilize strong SQL expertise for advanced querying, data modeling, performance tuning, and optimization
• Integrate systems and applications using REST APIs and enterprise integration patterns
• Ensure adherence to data governance, security policies, and compliance standards across all data and AI solutions
• Work with both structured and unstructured datasets, enabling comprehensive data analysis and insights generation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, data engineers, and platform teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipelines, dashboards, and AI solutions to ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability
• Continuously identify opportunities to enhance solutions through automation, performance improvements, and adoption of modern data and AI technologies

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong in SQL, data aggregation, database concepts & data integration.
• Unix shell scripting, job scheduler & data security.
• Prior experience in the Banking domain
• Good coordination and initiative-taking skills
• Ability to work in offshore team model
• Experience with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
