As a Senior Workday Developer , you will play a critical role in strengthening and evolving our Workday ecosystem to support seamless HR and payroll operations. Through hands on development and configuration, you will drive reliable integrations, scalable payroll interfaces, and insightful reporting that directly enable business efficiency and decision making.

You will collaborate closely with a Senior Workday Architect to implement approved designs and standards, ensuring high quality tenant level configurations that are secure, optimized, and future ready. Your expertise will help improve system stability, streamline operational delivery, and enhance the overall employee experience across Workday.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, test, and support Workday integrations, including EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and REST/SOAP interfaces.
Develop and support payroll and downstream interfaces, including PECI, PICOF, and other payroll related extracts.
Build and maintain custom Workday reports and calculated fields to support business and integration needs.
Support Workday Prism Analytics datasets and reporting where required for cross system or historical analytics.
Develop and maintain Workday Extend applications when native Workday functionality does not meet business requirements.
Configure and support Workday business processes and security related to integrations and reporting.
Partner with the Senior Workday Architect to implement approved technical designs and ensure solutions align with platform standards.
Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting, and release related regression support.

Your Skills and Expertise

Bachelor s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
Overall 10+ years of experience, with a minimum of 7 years of hands-on Workday experience in an enterprise environment.
Strong experience with Workday integrations, including Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP, and XSLT.
Proven experience supporting payroll interfaces (eg, PECI, PICOF, payroll output .
Advanced experience developing custom Workday reports and calculated fields.
Experience supporting production Workday tenants and recurring Workday releases.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Experience with Workday Prism Analytics.
Experience developing Workday Extend applications and orchestrations.
Workday Integration or Extend certification.
Familiarity with global HR, payroll, or finance system integrations.
