Position: IAM Sr. Technical Resource

Experience: 5+ years

Location: Remote / Bangalore

Full-time permanent position

Requirements

• 5+ years of system integration project lifecycle experience, including software development activities.
• Solid IT security experience is a plus
• Participated in 1-2 implementation cycles of an IGA solution from vendors such as One Identity, SailPoint, Saviynt, Ping Identity, CyberArk or other leading IAM platforms
• IAM best practices and technical team management experience (preferably) or ambition (must)
• Previous work experience and solid knowledge of Microsoft directory services
• Ability and willingness to develop platform, protocol, and business expertise
• Ambition to grow a team and eagerness to learn and improve
• Preference for teamwork, good time management, effective and appropriate communication, and interpersonal skills
• High sense of ownership and responsibility
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Good understanding of German is seen as an additional plus
