Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other critical services.
- Implement security measures to protect against cyber threats and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in system administration or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of active directory management and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in networking protocols (TCP/IP) and ability to work with various operating systems (Windows).
- Experience with hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance.
