The Senior System Analyst will play a critical role. This role is responsible for delivering technical and process solutions with a primary focus on automotive industry. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Manager Product Owner to understand business needs, processes and challenges.
- Documentation of current and to-be business processes including high-level system landscape documentation (using visual tools such as Visio/Draw.io).
- Scoping and initial design of requirements for the development of potential data integrations to support operational and strategic processes.
- Analyse, define and document business requirements, ensuring alignment between technology capabilities and business outcomes.
- Identify data quality issues, inconsistencies and gaps across datasets for business teams to resolve.
- Deliver high-quality business and technical documentation, including business process maps, user stories, and technical specifications.
- Lead or contribute to integration implementations and enhancements, ensuring system configurations support business requirements.
- Actively manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables; proactively engage with stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Support testing activities including system integration, UAT and training to ensure successful solution adoption.
- Partners with cross-functional teams (e.g. data, tech, design) to integrate new capabilities and maintain data integrity.
- Partner with multi-cultural global technical teams to deliver technical solutions.
Industry Experience
- Strong experience with databases and APIs highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience with data analysis business process mapping, and integration solutions
- Experience working in hybrid and waterfall delivery models
