Sr. System Administrator Professional

• Senior manager who will be responsible for effectiveselection, installation, configuration,
• operation, and automation of systems hardware, softwareand related infrastructure. This
• individual will participatein testing and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure.
• Manager will work both independently and in a team setting to ensure that system,network
• hardware, operating systems, applications, and related procedures result in a reliableand secure service.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and support Linux &Windows environments.
• Responsible for uptime, performance, reliability, scalability, security and high availability
• of SAAS environments in India, Europe and USA
• Work on 24x7 with different teams to support production and nonproduction
• infrastructure using tools like Nagios
• Complete backup management and DR readiness using tools and active monitoring
• Support databases & DBA team on backups and provisioning
• Provide support of Apache, IIS, Tomcat, and other web servers.
• Support deployment, gate change management, and perform root cause analysis
• forservice interruption issues.
• Document technical requirements and processes.
• Directly supervises assigned team members. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in
• accordance with the organizations policies.
• Responsibilities include training team members; planning, assigning and directing work;
• appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
