Job Description
Server Virtualization (VMware)
Manage and administer VMware vSphere / ESXi / vCenter environments
Provision, configure, and maintain virtual machines
Perform capacity planning, resource optimization, and performance tuning
Handle HA, DRS, vMotion, and clustering
Troubleshoot virtualization-related issues
Citrix Administration
Manage Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) / XenApp / XenDesktop
Configure and maintain Citrix Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, and Gateway
Manage user sessions, policies, and application publishing
Troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and access issues
M365 / Exchange
Administer Microsoft 365 Exchange Online / Hybrid environments
Manage:
Mailboxes
Distribution groups
Security compliance policies
Perform mail flow troubleshooting
Handle Exchange migrations (on-prem to cloud)
Security Compliance
Implement and monitor backup, DR, and security policies
Work with tools like:
Antivirus / endpoint protection
Access control identity (AD, Azure AD)
Operations Support
Provide L2/L3 support
Work on incident, change, and problem management
Maintain system documentation and SOPs
Collaborate with network, storage, and security teams
