Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat for issues related to Java-based applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems using various tools such as Spring Boot and Shell Scripting.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes of issues and implement fixes.
- Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in a timely manner.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in L2 support role with expertise in Java programming language.
- Strong understanding of Spring Boot framework and its ecosystem.
- Proficiency in shell scripting languages (e.g., Bash) for automating tasks.
