Sr ServiceNow Developer

Experience: 5+ Years in IT Industry | 3+ Years in ServiceNow

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions using industry best practices. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development, integrations, discovery, service mapping, and custom application development.

• Design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using App Engine.
• Hands-on development of ServiceNow scripting including:
  • Business Rules
  • Script Includes
  • Fix Scripts
  • Workflows
  • UI Actions
  • UI Policies
  • Client Scripts
  • Email Inbound Actions
• Develop and customize Service Portal and widgets.
• Build and manage REST/SOAP integrations, including scripted APIs.
• Implement authentication mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0, certificates, and MID Server configurations.
• Work on Domain Separation implementations.
• Implement and support:
  • ServiceNow Discovery
  • Service Mapping
  • Event Management
  • Orchestration use cases
• Install, configure, and manage MID Servers.
• Develop custom applications on ServiceNow platform.
• Configure and integrate LDAP / Active Directory / SSO.
• Review existing ServiceNow setup and recommend best practices aligned with OEM standards.
• Ensure platform optimization, performance, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow App Engine implementation
• ServiceNow scripting expertise
• Service Portal and widget development
• REST / SOAP integrations
• OAuth 2.0 / Certificates / MID Server
• Discovery / Service Mapping / Event Management / Orchestration
• Custom application development
• LDAP / Active Directory / SSO integration
• Domain Separated instance implementation

• Flow Designer and Integration Hub
• Experience in modules like:
  • CSM
  • HRSD
  • GRC
  • ITBM
• Performance Analytics
• HTML and Jelly Scripting
• Service Portal design and modifications
• Knowledge of latest ServiceNow features and best practices

• Certified System Administrator (CSA) Mandatory
• Certified Application Developer (CAD) Preferred
• CIS-ITSM Preferred
• ITIL Foundation Certification Preferred

• Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or equivalent experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
• Experience in enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations
