Shift Timing: 5:30 PM 2:30 AM (IST)

Job Description:
We are hiring a Salesforce Developer with experience in the Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain. The candidate will work on developing and supporting Salesforce solutions for billing, authorization, and payment workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications (Apex, LWC, Triggers)
- Support RCM processes: Eligibility, Authorization, Billing, AR & Denials
- Integrate Salesforce with healthcare systems (EHR/EMR, clearinghouses)
- Automate workflows and improve operational efficiency
- Ensure data security and HIPAA compliance
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong in Apex, SOQL, Lightning (LWC/Aura)
- Experience in Healthcare / US Medical Billing (RCM)
- Knowledge of API integrations (REST/SOAP)
Preferred:
- Salesforce Certification (PD1/PD2)
- Experience with Health Cloud / HL7 / FHIR
