Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Salesforce Developer with 5 to 7 years of expertise in Salesforce design, development, and leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud along with advanced technical skills in Apex, LWC, Integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations across multiple clouds.
• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Aura, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and review code performance to ensure efficiency and maintainability.
• Manage integrations including REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and External Services.
• Use CI/CD pipeline with GitHub.
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and performance best practices.

Required Skills

• 5 to 7 years of hands-on Salesforce development and implementation experience.
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch, Queueable, Future, Schedulers).
• Aura Components, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Community Cloud.
• Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, Process Builders, Approvals.
• End-to-End Salesforce Implementations.
• Code Review Standards, Code Performance Optimization.
• Integration using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events.
• Deployment CI/CD tools (GitHub).
• Data Security, Encryption, Sharing Visibility Rules.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
