Sr. Safety Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Safety Engineer to join our team on an onsite basis in Vikas Bhatewara Ventures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety engineering and be able to apply their skills to ensure the highest standards of safety.

• Develop and implement comprehensive safety plans and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and develop corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety into all aspects of operations.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures and best practices.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses to determine root causes and implement preventative measures.
• Maintain accurate records of safety performance metrics and report findings to management.

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in safety engineering, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
