Designation: Sr. Relationship Manager-APC
Location: Kolkata
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To recruit good quality prospective insurance advisors and ensure that they are acquiring licensing to achieve the sales target set by the company.
- Motivating the advisors to achieve the sales target set by the company.
Provide on the job training and manage & monitor performance of the advisors - Relationship management with stakeholders.
- Maintain persistence for the policies procured by the team of advisors to overall achieve the profitability of the team.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Any Graduates
Experience: Min. 2 Year from life insurance and financial services
Age should be between 25-40. He should be a resident of the city we are hiring for 5+ years. - Domicil min 2 years
- CTC : 4 LPA to 6 LPA
- Two-Wheeler with valid License.
