Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for Sophos Firewall environments.
• Manage Cisco Meraki switches, access points, and security appliances.
• Troubleshoot VPNs, SD-WAN, routing, switching, VLANs, wireless, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and HA environments.
• Perform firewall upgrades, patching, audits, backups, and configuration reviews.
• Conduct RCA and manage major incidents.
• Design and implement network and security solutions including Sophos, Meraki, SD-WAN, VPNs, and Hybrid Cloud connectivity.
• Maintain technical documentation, reports, SOPs, and runbooks.
