JOB SUMMARY
Drive growth, profitability, and penetration of Protection and Retirement businesses across proprietary and partner channels.
Develop channel-wise business strategies and interventions to improve product adoption and productivity.
Identify customer, distributor, and market opportunities to enhance product propositions and business performance.
Collaborate with Product, Distribution, Underwriting, Marketing, Operations, Technology, Finance, and Risk teams to deliver business objectives.
Analyze business trends, customer behavior, competitor moves, and channel performance to generate actionable insights.
Design and monitor performance dashboards and business reviews for senior leadership.
Support annual business planning, budgeting, target setting, and business forecasting exercises.
Prepare strategic presentations, business reviews, and leadership updates for Management Committees, and Distribution Heads.
Measure of Success:
Growth in Protection Retirement APE, penetration, and contribution to overall business.
Improvement in product mix, profitability, and channel productivity metrics.
Successful execution of strategic business initiatives
Achievement of business plan targets across both segments
Timely delivery of management reviews, business cases, and executive presentations.
Stakeholder feedback and effectiveness in cross-functional program management.
