Job Description
Profile Summary
Experience in managing large-scale events, conferences, or festivals preferred. Strong background in hotel negotiations, airline partnerships, and travel operations. Should have working knowledge of any special Software or custom made software for travel needs of a large Vendor negotiation and contract management, Budgeting and cost control, Stakeholder management, Crisis management during events
Detailed Job responsibilities:
- Develop and manage Pan-India hotel partnerships for all Teamwork Arts festivals and events.
- Negotiate corporate hotel rates and long-term agreements with hotel chains and boutique properties.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for travel and accommodation management across festivals.
- Maintain centralized travel databases, hotel contracts, and vendor records.
- Develop annual travel and accommodation budgets across festivals.
- Establish strategic partnerships with airline partners and travel agencies to secure preferential fares and flexible booking terms.
- Negotiate corporate airline agreements and travel deals for frequent travel across
- Identify and onboard travel agencies, transport vendors, and logistics partners across festival locations.
- Maintain a preferred vendor network across hospitality, aviation, and ground transportation.
- Work closely with Festivals Heads, Hods , Programming, Delegates team, Artist Management Team, Accounts to Supervise the travel and accommodation requirements for the festivals crew
- Track travel and accommodation expenses against approved budgets and share with accounts
- Guide and supervise the travel team to ensure smooth day to day operations and the Onground experience during the festival
- Manage special travel requirements including international travel documentation, visa coordination, and hospitality requests
- Introduce systems and tools for better travel planning and logistics tracking.
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Hospitality Management
