Job Description
1. HVAC Systems & Utilities Management
Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of:
o
Air-cooled and water-cooled chillers
o
Cooling towers, pumps, chilled water systems
Ensure efficient functioning of:
o
AHUs, fresh air systems, exhaust systems
o
Associated valves and piping systems
Monitor and manage:
o
WTP systems, PHE pumps, STP pumps
o
BTU meters and chilled water distribution systems
Lead and supervise HVAC and plumbing teams for daily operations.
reventive Maintenance & AMC Management
Lead preparation and execution of:
o
Annual PPM schedules for HVAC systems
Ensure implementation and adherence to AMC contracts and SLAs.
Conduct monthly reviews with AMC vendors and resolve operational issues.
