SR. Manager -Interior Projects - HIGH END Villas-MNC-PUNE - Female

Role & responsibilities

to lead the design and execution of luxury villa interior projects. The role requires expertise in conceptualizing premium residential interiors, managing design teams, coordinating with architects and project stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of world-class interior solutions aligned with client expectations and company standards

• Lead end-to-end interior design activities for high-end luxury villa projects.
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, space planning, and interior themes based on client requirements and project vision.
• Manage and mentor interior designers, draftsmen, and project design teams.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP teams, contractors, and vendors for seamless project execution.
• Review and approve layouts, material selections, furniture concepts, lighting plans, and finishing specifications.
• Ensure design compliance with quality standards, budget requirements, and project timelines.
• Drive innovation in design concepts, luxury materials, and emerging interior trends.
• Conduct client presentations and design discussions with HNI customers and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and resolve design-related issues during execution stages.
• Evaluate BOQs, design estimates, and material procurement requirements.
• Maintain adherence to statutory regulations and company quality standards..

Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, /BArch /MArch /

• 10 to 15+ years of experience in interior design and project execution.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing luxury residential or villa projects.
• Experience in high-end villas, luxury residences, premium hospitality, or elite residential projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of luxury interior design concepts and space planning.
• Expertise in materials, finishes, furniture systems, lighting, and dcor solutions.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3Ds Max, Photoshop, and design software tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with reputed developers, interior firms, or MNC organizations is desirable.
