Job Description
- Lead multi-channel digital campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp
- Drive farmer-centric, multilingual content for digital and advisory platforms
- Manage online reputation, PR activities, and media/influencer relationships
- Promote digital tools, webinars, and e-learning initiatives for channel partners
- Ensure compliance of all digital communication with Agri-regulatory guidelines
- Track performance metrics (leads, engagement, ROI) and optimize campaigns
- Collaborate with sales, field marketing, and technical teams to align digital efforts with business goals
Required Experience Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with minimum 2 years in a senior role
- Preferably from Agrochemical / Pesticide / Agri-Input industry
- MBA / Masters in Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
- Strong hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and CRM platforms
- Ability to create impactful communication for rural and regional audiences
