Sr Manager Corporate Finance

Brief Role : Job Description Assess deal financing options, debt / equity options, legal and tax structures for different geographical markets. Monitor Operational changes through working with company management and prepare information for Investor Relations. Work closely with the IR team to create presentation, earnings release, industry event material and presentation to the analysts/ brokers/ institutional investors Monitor analyst reports and summarize them for senior management Understand and evaluate risk associated with each investment and implication on a specific portfolio. Maintain awareness of the competition's products and services.
