Brief Job Description
The ideal candidate should be a proactive business leader capable of identifying emerging aerospace opportunities through strong market intelligence, generating high-value customer enquiries, driving joint product development initiatives, negotiating profitable commercial agreements, and leading strategic expansion initiatives. The individual should possess the vision to build long-term partnerships with global aerospace OEMs and Tier suppliers while positioning the organization as a preferred supplier of advanced aluminium extrusion and engineered solutions.
Business Development
Develop and execute the aerospace business growth strategy aligned with the company's long-term objectives.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with global and domestic aerospace OEMs, Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers.
Product Development
Coordinate joint development projects with customers.
Work closely with R&D, Design, Quality, Manufacturing, and Tool Room teams to develop new aerospace products.
Identify opportunities for high-value-added aluminium extrusion products.
Strategic Focus / Identify opportunities for
Capacity expansion
New product lines
Technology collaborations
Strategic partnerships
International business expansion
Prepare business cases and feasibility studies for new investments.
Required Qualifications
B.Tech. in Aerospace Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Metallurgical Engineering.
MBA (Marketing / International Business / Strategy) preferred.
Experience
12-15 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Strategic Marketing.
Minimum 7-8 years of experience in the aerospace industry or advanced engineering manufacturing.
Knowledge of aluminium extrusions, precision machining, aerospace components will be added advantage.
