Main responsibility includes involvement in the design process which includes feasibility studies, design options & preparing presentations in response to client enquiries while concentrating on completion of projects during the set time frame. (Main person for delivery of projects.)
Execute the project design, details and managing issues on site under supervision of Team Leader (ie Supervise working drawing, detailed drawings, estimation, bill certification, tenders if require and all the works done by the consultants and other teams.)
Client interaction required right from concept stage.
Will be responsible for SOW, billing and stage wise completion of project administration and duties with the assistance from Project Administrator.
Report any discrepancies, adversities, problems arising on site or with client/consultants coordination to Associate / Division Leader and resolve them collectively.
Will be responsible for the project to the team members including jr architects, 3D visualiser and student trainee for all their day to day duties required under ISO and MIS systems such as weekly meetings and reviews.
Maintain coordination and regular reporting between Team Leader, Associate / Division Leader and team members.
Inculcate the importance of time in team members and work efficiently on deadlines and time pressure through team work.
Identify and arrange training requirements within team members in coordination with HR
Establish clear communication links between team and other departments like (Liason, Expert Resources/Consultants, Support, HR and Accounts)
Remain sensitive about maintaining the Company image and culture internally and externally.
