Job Description
We are looking for an experienced 3P Senior Joint Manager to manage contract manufacturing operations across multiple locations.
Key Requirements:
- 610 years of experience in 3rd Party Manufacturing within the FMCG industry (GCC experience preferred).
- Strong exposure to contract manufacturing, production planning, vendor management, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
- Experience in onboarding new manufacturing partners, SLA management, NPD/relaunch projects, and ensuring quality & regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
- Engineering graduates will be preferred.
