About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with strong experience in the Telecom domain to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Java-based application development, telecom systems, and enterprise-grade software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications for telecom platforms.

Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into robust solutions.

Work on telecom-related applications such as OSS/BSS, provisioning, billing, mediation, or network management systems.

Develop RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, Product, and Business stakeholders.

Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.

Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.

Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.

Required Skills

5-15 years of hands-on experience in Java development.

Strong expertise in:

Java 8/11/17

Spring Boot

Microservices Architecture

REST APIs

Hibernate/JPA

SQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL

Kafka/RabbitMQ (preferred)

Good understanding of Telecom domain concepts:

OSS/BSS

Billing Systems

CRM/Provisioning

Network Operations

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is an advantage.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with telecom clients/operators.

Exposure to high-volume transaction systems.

Knowledge of TM Forum standards is a plus.
