Sr. High Jump Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HighJump WMS Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions using the HighJump (K rber) WMS platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HighJump application development, Microsoft SQL Server, .NET technologies, and warehouse operations within Retail or Distribution environments.

The candidate will participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), collaborating with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable and high-quality warehouse management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable HighJump WMS solutions.
• Develop, customize, and enhance HighJump WMS applications using HighJump Architect (WA Architect).
• Develop and maintain HighJump One Screens, custom reports, workflows, and application enhancements.
• Design, develop, and optimize MS SQL Server Stored Procedures, User Defined Functions (UDFs), Views, and SQL Scripts.
• Develop and maintain SSRS reports for warehouse operations and business reporting.
• Support integration between HighJump WMS and enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Optimize SQL queries and database performance.
• Prepare technical documentation and participate in code reviews.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing HighJump applications.
• Collaborate with business users, QA teams, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 6-8 years of application development experience.
• 5 years hands-on experience developing solutions on the HighJump (K rber) WMS platform.
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server and .NET technologies.
• Experience working in Retail, Distribution, Logistics, or Supply Chain environments is highly preferred.
